Role Overview

This position requires a strategic and analytical thinker ready to lead business operations and facilitate growth within the Moroccan retailers. The successful candidate will oversee market strategies, operational management, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share in the Moroccan industry.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and product distribution.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic planning and decision-making. This role is decisive in Trade Marketing.
• Forecast financial performance and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is nice to have.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business management within the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record in managing and growing business operations in international markets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic are advantageous.
• Adaptability to a dynamic working environment and cultural awareness of the North African market.
