We are currently partnering with a leading company in the HVAC sector, part of a multinational group, to recruit a Commercial Market Quality + QPL. This role is key in ensuring product quality performance in the market and supporting quality requirements within new product developments.

Role Purpose:

Within the Group Quality strategy, ensure the achievement of Zero2Ten objectives, supporting internal reporting and providing support to ATC and Product in market-related issues on commercial products. Additionally, the role is responsible for quality requirements in NPDs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define quality requirements during new product launches, completing quality deliverables within NPD projects.

• Control the quality of commercial products placed on the market, detecting and managing the correction of issues identified before, during, or after commercialization.

• Analyze the performance of commercial products in the market, proposing initiatives to improve it.

• Support internal reporting related to market quality and contribute to the achievement of Zero2Ten objectives.

Provide support to ATC and Product teams in resolving market-related issues affecting commercial products.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Technical knowledge of heat pump products and their components

• Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, FMEA – AMFE)

• Medium-high level of English

• Knowledge of project tools (Planisware)
